CPA (since 2005) and CA real estate broker licensee (since 2004) with over 17 years of experience in a private $3.5B REIT funded by JP Morgan Strategic Fund which is one of the largest real estate fund in the world, with primary responsibility of financial and investor reporting, analysis, model, appraisal, tax administration, and fund accounting. Worked at Donahue Schriber, which was sold to First Washington Realty, an $8B REIT owned by Calpers. Paul's expertise is in bringing all the stakeholders such as local government, financial institutions which many have decade long personal relationships with Paul, developers and contractors, national and regional tenants, prominent brokers, professionals such as architects, accountants and lawyers, and private and institutional investors together to create synergy which helps investors maximize values.
